I'm going to eat a Starbucks salad and go on a diet!!!!!!
I've gained so much weight lol
I didn't realize I had gained this much weight until now.
I avoided mirrors lol
I've always been told I was thin, but in the past two years, this change has happened.

There was a line in Friends about gaining weight.
And then they said,

I'm really struggling with my waist and face right now lol
Now, even if I do a messy bun, it doesn't look stylish, and no clothes fit me anymore..................lol
I even signed up for expensive 1:1 Pilates. 660,000 won is crazy...
I thought it was 600,000 won and thought, 'Okay, let's pay it off interest-free over three months! I'll just reduce my spending by 200,000 won a month!!!' But...

My Pilates instructor says that diet accounts for 60%.

The sky is clear as I walk to the subway station.
My steps are light as I head to get my salad.
I really won't let this be another three-day resolution....................
There were four different salads at this Starbucks.
Of course, I chose the Cob & Yogurt Salad.
Because it was the biggest ^___^
There's no other reason lol
I wondered if the yogurt dressing would make me gain weight??? I briefly considered it and then...
Rationalized it by saying, 'Don't overdo it on the first day' lol
Anyway, this salad has 222 calories.
The Cob Yogurt is 5,800 won.
It's not as bad as I thought. Since it's a small portion, it's mostly vegetables and cheese pieces.
But it's delicious!!!!! The yellow corn is delicious, the small cucumbers are delicious, and the chicken breast is delicious too ㅜㅜㅜ
I think I need to eat four containers to feel full, but I filled myself up with water.
The reason I always failed at dieting lol is that after diligently having a good lunch and heading home from work,
I'd think, 'Why am I losing weight when I'm this hungry? What's the point? What am I doing it for?' and then overeat dinner, eat out, and even drink Gong Cha bubble tea lol
And my weight would stay the same lol. What a fool.
