It's 2024, still feels unfamiliar.
There are a lot of changes this year, like moving, getting married, and changing jobs, so I'm looking forward to it and have decided to make choices that are entirely for me. My life is truly precious, and in January and February, I realized anew that life is too short to truly do what I want. My time and energy are too precious to force myself to do things I don't want to do just because of others' opinions.
Even if they talked bad about me,
my long-time friend who knows me inside and out supports me.
Even if they pushed me aside and walked past without an apology,
my family is there to embrace me warmly.
Even if they envy my abilities, judge me, and try to discourage me,
there are people close to me who believe in and love me as I am without judgment.
So, let the wounds fly away like feathers,
and only leave love in your heart.

When the new year comes,
It's my tradition to clean up my phone's gallery. I delete a lot of useless photos, but I also find a lot of great articles I'd forgotten about. I usually want to keep my photo album under 10,000 photos, but even after deleting, I still have to delete another 2,000.
The phrase "Why does life get tangled? It's to give us new abilities" resonated with me deeply. I see. What's tangled exists to be untangled. When I think about life's tangled moments, they're like mechanisms designed to help us overcome fear and make quantum leaps. Thank you. Thanks to that, I've been able to be true to myself.
Because accepting others is evidence that my mental health is good. I can make mistakes, I'm not perfect, and the same goes for others. Let's not set high standards to look at others, but accept them as they are.
Hahahoho, I've let a lot of things go with a Buddha-like mind. I also thought, 'Since I'm more tolerant, I'll just endure it,' but I've simply been ignoring it. Now, I think ignoring isn't always the answer. Even when something big happens, if I have the mindset of 'Yeah, I can do it. I can endure it,' I'm good to go!
Especially after remote work ended, I was physically exhausted from the 4-hour commute, feeling tired, getting acne, and feeling fatigued. But I'm proud to have a loving boyfriend who tells me that even this me is good, loves me every day, misses me, and gives me a kiss on my forehead saying I'm the best.
LOL
That was a long introduction, but my New Year's resolution this year is!!!!
I really need to lose weight before dress selection, honeymoon, freediving, studio photoshoot, wedding invitation gathering, wedding, and housewarming. I've reduced my food delivery orders, but I need to stop neglecting my body and health. Please show willpower and do it! First, I've changed my background image to Bora Im's photo. I think she's the prettiest these days, whether it's her style or her body.
Let's exercise at least 20 minutes every day. Running is good, and Tangkku's YouTube home training is also great. My belly and trapezius muscles are popping out, and my arms and face are also in bad shape. I can do it!!!!!
