Octopus Card Refund 1. Go down one floor by escalator in front of Gate E at the airport

Go down one floor from the airline check-in floor.

Octopus Card Refund 2. Find the MTR Customer Service Centre

Go straight until you see the picture below.

If you go to the place with the half stairs there,

Go up to the place where it says The Fastest link to the city.

Then there is the MTR Customer Service Centre.

Octopus Card Refund 3. Submit your Octopus card and get a refund immediately

Say "Refund, please." and they will check the balance and refund it right away.

We submitted 3 cards and got a refund for all 3 at once.

(+) Deposit: $50

(+) Remaining balance: Remaining amount

(-) Fee: $9

Then you get it back!

It was super easy!
