We stayed in a Pool Access Room for 3 nights
We stayed at Henann Garden for 3 nights and then moved to Henann Crystal Sands for another 3 nights, but I preferred the vibe of Henann Garden.
The room was located right between the Henann Garden main lobby and the Garden Cafe where breakfast is served, and the location was not bad.
Overall Impression
▶ Henann Garden's breakfast is really bad (Ugh)
▶ The pool is so beautiful!!! (Especially night swimming)
▶ So, being able to walk right out to the pool from the Pool Access Room is the biggest advantage.
▶ But it's not a private pool just because it's in front of my room. There are also beach beds right in front of my room, so everyone comes down and hangs out, so it's not that private.
▶ The dedicated path to White Beach is next to KFC, so it's safe and clean.
▶ No infinity pool.
▶ 90% Koreans (Seoul's Boracay District)
Boracay Henann Garden Premier Pool Access Room Condition
The room was quite spacious, making it suitable for a couple's trip for two.
The location was also good, and we even liked it better than Crystal Sands where we stayed for the other 3 nights.
Previous reviews mentioned which rooms were the noisiest, but after experiencing it firsthand, it seems like it just depends on whether there are noisy guests in the neighboring rooms.
Chickens live near the breakfast cafe, so be aware that you might be woken up by their crowing.
It has a strong Henann feel,
👉🏻There are dedicated umbrellas, bathrobes, hangers, and a safe.
👉🏻The bathroom amenities include shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste/toothbrush, body wash, and body cream, but
If you wash your hair with the Philippine shampoo, it feels even drier...
The conditioner is just called conditioner but doesn't seem to work on my hair, so I used the Elastine I brought.
If you don't want your hair to become even more damaged by the seawater and pool water in Boracay, be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner!
Unlike other hotels, Henann doesn't provide free bottled water. Instead, they give you a water bottle, so you have to go to the water purifier and fill it up yourself.
If it's hygienic, it's not bad.
I usually bring effervescent vitamins when I travel (to boost my energy).
The purified water was fine, so I didn't have any water issues or stomach problems.
Our room's location was excellent, but since there's a Henann Garden signature photo zone nearby, there were quite a few people around. (Anyone can enter, not just Pool Access Room guests).
Henann Garden Pool
Infinity Pool X
Unfortunately, Garden doesn't have an infinity pool. That's why some people opt for other resorts like Uptown or Henann Crystal Sands.
Since I had a Pool Access Room, I had access to two pools: the pool right in front of my room and the main pool in front of the breakfast cafe!
🏖️Pool right in front of the Pool Access Room
The night view of the Henann Garden pool with its European-style atmosphere.
It's definitely nice to swim and then go straight back to your room,
enjoying mango and beer on the terrace between swims,
and go back to the room when you get tired of swimming.
But even if you don't have a Pool Access Room, anyone can use the pool in front, so I was like, 'Oh, the Pool Access Room isn't that private after all!' haha.
Foreigners were making a lot of noise in the morning, and it was super loud.
Screaming, laughter, and kids splashing with tubes.
Kids love it, but I didn't want to be woken up by that noise right in front of my room in a resort I paid for.
It's full of Koreans!!
But the lighting is pretty, so it's good for night swimming.
There are also a lot of people getting massages from the hotel in front of the pool. The atmosphere here is really nice.
Next to the pool is the breakfast cafe, which also operates as a restaurant at night with live music. It's a great atmosphere to swim at night, with the lighting and the music. It's awesome.
The mango that they cut for you at Henann Garden is super delicious!
Oh, and I got a massage at Sands instead of here, and I recommend it!
Henann Garden Breakfast
My boyfriend said the breakfast was really bad, but I think it's average!
The main dishes change slightly every day, there's no fresh mango, but the bread is delicious. The coffee is also good!
If you're not too serious about breakfast, it's not a big deal.
Also, you can't eat food inside Henann Garden. You can't even bring McDonald's or Jollibee. Keep this in mind.
Henann Garden Location
It's right next to KFC in front of White Beach.
There's a dedicated pathway, and if you walk 100m straight, there's a guard, so you can safely go straight to the hotel.
D'Mall is also just a 4-5 minute walk!
Compared to Lagoon or other Henann properties, it's the closest to White Beach, and the dedicated pathway is safe, so I was satisfied.
